I saw another fan sent this to Udi's gluten free and it was posted on Facebook. Sounded too good to be true to use bread dipped in an egg wash with milk batter but I tried it and it worked. Of corse I subbed milk with so delicious coconut milk and I opted to use honey instead of sugar. Well I think I need a new waffle iron because after 4 minutes it wasn't fully done but I rotated it and cooked it a bit longer and it was nicer. Almost like making a waffle with batter and it tasted yummy too! I am gonna try this again after I get a new waffle iron.
