About 3 years back I wrote this post on my 1st impressions on Perdue Simply Smart Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders. Since then I have noticed the company has improved their recipe. My family still enjoys eating them and they have become a staple in our home. I make them atleast two to three times a month, however I have had difficulty finding them lately in my local grocery stores.
In my opinion they taste best when cooked in the oven. I typically flip them half way through the cooking time. Once you let them cool they get a crunchy and crisp outer. The chicken inside is delicious. I highly recommend them to others, even my non gluten free family members enjoy them.
