Why Crackers are The Best Things Since Sliced Bread

Finding a good Gluten free cracker is not as easy as one would think.  Gluten free crackers used to taste like chewing on a piece of cardboard but over the years they have greatly improved.  I've seen these Nabisco Good Thins for quite some time but none of them were gluten free.  So you can imagine my excitement when I came across these at my last grocery shopping trip.

This particular flavor I bought was sea salt & pepper.  These crackers are crunchy but not too crunchy.  I ate them with some cheese spread and the pepper did not overpower the taste.  These crackers make for a great snack for all ages.  Dress them up with your favorite toppings and take them to your next party. Your guests will not be able to tell these are gluten free.

I love to eat my crackers with cheese and salami. What toppings do you put on your crackers?
