I was at Target looking for glutino brand crackers to make my son peanut butter and crackers for his lunches. To my surprise I came across premade gluten-free sandwich crackers. They are made by Lance which is part of the Snyders line. They had two flavors peanut butter and cheddar. Obviously the flavors were not combined.
They sell them in a box or you can buy a box that has eight individually wrapped packages. I feel like the individual wrapped packages are a better idea for school lunches and snacks on the go. I really like these crackers they have a nice crunchy taste and are fluffy. They kind of remind me of a Ritz cracker. I enjoyed the peanut butter ones while my son loved the cheddar. My only disappointment of these crackers is the size. They are much smaller than I imagined they would be, they are about the size of a quarter.
Below is where you can find these crackers on Amazon which is a better price than Target.
