Gluten Free Sugar Cookies













It's that time of year again. Time to make sugar cookies. Now that you are gluten free doesn't mean you have to miss out on holiday tradition. Pamela's Products Gluten Free Cookie Mix, Sugar, 13 Ounce is an easy mix to make. Add butter and egg to mixer with the mix and the dough is ready to roll out, cut or drop on to a cookie sheet.




For this review I used the sliced method. After mixed up I wrapped my dough in saran wrap and made it into a log. Placed in refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then sliced and put on cookie sheet to bake.  I had previously added m & m's holiday candy to my mix but next time I will use the smaller ones or the ones that are made for baking purposes.




They turned out delicious. I even forgot to put them in a sealed container and they never got too hard to eat.  Eventually I did put them in a glass jar for pretty photos and storage.  I enjoyed this mix and especially how easy it was to make without getting my hands dirty!  I highly recommend using it this holiday season.
