The last few days I've been in a Homemaker Baking mode. Let's see in the past few days I've made brownies, carrot cake,pumpkin pie, rolls, apple cinnamon pancakes, and my new creation apple pie. Why am I baking you ask? Well I don't know I just want to try out some new recipes before the holidays to make sure they taste good enough to serve. For those of you who don't know I am on a pretty strict diet. All of my recipes have no gluten (aka wheat, rye, oats and barley), no casein (aka no dairy products), no soy and no corn. It is still amazing how taking out all those ingredients you can still end up with some really tastey treats.

I think my next big cooking adventure is probably gonna be stuffing. So family and friends don't be scared to try my yummy treats, I promise they are really good!
