Natural Food Works

I stumbled across this new bread in the freezer isle at whole foods made by Natural Food Works. They are a company not far from me so it is kinda considered local. I was surprised to see the bread is also free of (besides gluten) soy and dairy (casein). I bought the baguette and decided to serve it toasted with pasta. Alone with butter I didn't really care for the flavor, it was an herby flavor. It was nice and soft and even 2 days later stored on the counter it was still soft. I used it to make a pizza crust and that I liked much better. Overall I did like this bread and I would like to try it again. Here is a link to Natural Food Works
