Gluten Free Disneyland Snack Guide: This blog post is meant to be an easy guide to the Gluten Free Disneyland Snacks.

Baked Potato

Can only be found on select days at Troubadour Tavern right outside Mickey's Magical Map show in Disneyland.




Brownie, Blueberry Muffin and Chocolate chip cookie



These options are prepackaged from certified gluten free company outside of Disney. You can find them at the Disneyland Hotels restaurants (upon request) and on the menu at Jolly Holiday Bakery and Refreshment Corner in Disneyland.



Chicken Drumsticks

Yes the chicken drumsticks are gluten free and they can be found at Poultry Palace on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure.


Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob in both buttered or chili lime can be found at Poultry Palace on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure.



Cotton Candy

This can be found in various stand around the Parks too and comes in a variety of seasonal flavors.



Dill pickles



Dill Pickles can be found on a stand in Disneyland Tomorrowland as well as in Adventureland. You can get regular or spicy both are equally delicious.


Dole whips (various flavors)



You can find the classic Dole whip just outside the Tiki Room. Next to the Tiki Room is Tropical Paradise and they offer classic Dole Whip flavor as well as Orange and Raspberry Dole Whip.

Located in Disney California Adventure on Pixar Pier Adorable Snowman Frosted treats and they offer a Lemon Flavor Dole whip which you can request in a cup. Also try the Parfait, it is lemon dole whip with layer of Blue Raspberry Slushy.


Firefly chips

Fruit carts/stands 

There are a few stands and carts that sell a variety of snack chips, freeze dried fruit and fresh fruits and veggies.  My favorites are on Mainstreet USA in Disneyland and just after you enter the Disney California Adventure Park.


Incredicookie



The Incredicookie is this delicious gluten free sugar cookie with a jelly center and can be found on Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. 


Ice Cream Bars and Frozen Lemonade



(Mickey bar, Chocolate dip frozen banana, dipped fruit bar at Clarabelle)

You can find these prepackaged Ice Cream bars at various carts in both Parks. In Disney California Adventure at Clarabelle's you can request a freshly chocolate dipped Ice cream or Raspberry bar with sprinkles.


Macarons 



Macarons are generally gluten free but there is a risk of cross contamination because they are put in the same display case with other non gluten free treats. Flavors vary by season and can be found in Disneyland at Jolly Holiday Bakery and Alien Pizza Planet.  

Macarons are not to be confused with the Matterhorn Macaroon which is NOT Gluten Free.


Popcorn 



Buttered Popcorn can be found in various carts around both Parks as well as limited stand offering a caramel flavor too. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge has a stand that has a colorful popcorn and a chocolate one and I am told both flavors are gluten free. The pickle popcorn flavor can be found in Cars Land at the Cozy cone. 


Scoop of Ice Cream



Several flavors are gluten free and can be served in a cup just ask the cast member. You can find scoop of Ice cream at Gibson Girl in Disneyland and at Clarabelle's & Ghirardelli's in Disney California Adventure.


Slushy

You can mix and match Slushy flavors at Alien Pizza Planet in Disneyland and also at Bing Bongs in Disney Califonais Adventure Park. Several of the quick service places also offer seasonal slush drinks too: Red Rose Tavern, Maurice's Treats, Bengal BBQ, Cars Land, etc.



Snacks with Character



These are prepackaged gluten free snacks that are labelled which allergens they are free of. They offer cookies, chips, chocolate bars and a couple other items can be found in some of the gift shops in both Parks as well as Pooh's Corner, Trolly Treats, Candy Palace, and Humphrey's Service and Supplies (across from Soarin').



Smoothies and Milk Shakes

You can find smoothies/milkshakes both in Cars Land at Flo's V8 Cafe and at Smoochies in Disney California Adventure. You might need to request certain toppings be omitted to make them gluten free be sure to ask before ordering.



Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Blue/Green Milk



This fun drink is a fan favorite and is gluten free and can be found in the land of Batuu aka Star Wars Galaxy's Edge. But please be cautious as listed in the ingredients is Oat powder that has not yet been confirmed if it is certified Oats.


Turkey leg

Turkey legs are gluten free and can be found in various carts within both Parks.
